It’s based on the equally elegant 17th century Delft blue vase, which was a showpiece for tulips that were very scarce and highly coveted flowers at the time. Just like its forerunner, the Coral Reef Vase is impressive with and without flowers. The detailed coral shape is a work of art pieced together arm by arm by Chinese craftsmen.
