Baobab Collection candles are created using high quality raw materials sourced in Europe. The glass is crafted in Poland, the mineral wax comes from Germany, and the scents are created and perfected in Grasse. Each Baobab candle is hand-poured in multiple pouring phases into glass containers that have been hand-blown by master craftsmen, making each candle completely unique.

Named for the popularity of the enduring bohemian style, the Bohomania limited-edition collection features rich and colorful prints created with the expertise of Japanese paper craftsmen, depicting eclectic and unconventional accents this style is known for.

In a mix of red and black, the pattern of the Django candle subtly references Ikat printed fabrics from Indonesia. Using the magic of origami, the folded washi paper is first delicately dipped in natural pigments, and then unfolded to reveal a pattern full of graphic wonder. The paper is then photographed in high definition; the image is printed on a biodegradable film that will fit on the glass in a method of sublimation perfectly mastered by Italian craftsmen. The shiny glass covered with the pattern thus reveals the paper’s texture with a sense of depth, similar to parchment.

Product care:
