Cities accepts and delivers orders to all locations in the UAE and to GCC which includes the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, Cities has teamed up with shipping partners to deliver your order. Orders placed for delivery inside the UAE are typically delivered within 2 to 4 days. Orders placed for delivery in GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain) are estimated for delivery 4 to 6 days from dispatch. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail to track your order.

For deliveries within the UAE, once your order has been approved and your package is ready to leave our facility, you will be contacted by our team or by the courier agent to arrange the delivery at your convenience.
On rare occasions, slight delays might occur during periods of high volume. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Cities is happy to provide same-day delivery within Dubai for orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays and weekends.
For deliveries outside of the UAE, Import fees may be applicable on International Orders. Where delivery is to a country other than the UAE, the customer will be liable for any customs or duties levied on the ordered products.
Please note that firstname.lastname@example.org will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. In addition, multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, Cities is pleased to accept return requests if you are not satisfied with your goods and wish to return part or all of your order. Return requests may be approved for all goods except for candles and art pieces. Return requests will be issued as store credit, or refunded. If you wish to return your order or part of your order, please send your request to Cities within 20 days of delivery. Once your return request is made and you have heard back from us, you are welcome to return your item(s), provided the following conditions are met:
- All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging
- Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
- Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package
- Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery
- Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10 working days
Cities is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods or products that do not meet these terms unless they are damaged on delivery or faulty. Please note that in case of excessive returns or exchanges, Cities reserves the right to refuse future service to any customer.
All returns and exchanges are free if goods are damaged on delivery or faulty. If you wish to return or exchange your product(s) for other reasons, then you are responsible for returning your order to Cities. Should you wish to use Cities’ courier services to return your order to use, a fee of 20aed will be charged (for domestic orders only).

Damages or Defects
Upon receiving your order, you are kindly asked to check your order for any defects or shortages and to notify Cities within three working days of any problem with your order.
If you find that your order contains products that are damaged or defective, Cities will be happy to exchange the item(s) or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund policy, provided that:
- Photographs of the damage or defect are received by Cities via email, or the item is returned to Cities for examination.
- Cities accepts the item(s) was damaged on delivery, is defective, or was not delivered.
Upon receiving a return, refunds are processed within 10 working days if purchase was made by card. For payments made by Cash on Delivery, a credit note will be issued. Cities will verify that the returned items satisfy the terms and conditions of the Return policy mentioned above.
If the returned items satisfy Cities’ control standards as per the conditions of our Return and Damages or Defects policy, for card payments a full refund including any original delivery charges will be issued to the purchaser through this initial mode of payment. Payments made Cash on Delivery will be issued as store credit.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete, depending on their processing time. This time period may vary greatly between different card issuers and Cities is unable to influence this procedure or the time that card providers may take to process a refund.
If you would like to cancel an order you have made, this is only possible if the item has not been dispatched from our facilities. Just give us a call at +971 54 3068388 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org during office hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (UAE time) from Sunday through Thursday, and we will be pleased to assist you. Once your order is on its way to you, we, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel it.
