The Ebony composite wood veneer used is nearly black in color with contrasting shades of grey. The wood contains patterns of flame-like figures that result from an irregular wavy grain.

Each set comes with mother of pearl checkers (set of 30), 2 dice cups, 4 dice, and 1 doubling cube.
