The heart shape, an ideograph used to express the idea of the “heart” in its metaphorical or symbolic sense as the core of emotion, affection, and love. The sculpture is characterized by hubs, which are formed by blending together belts and stripes in an attempt to redefine its form and hold it captive through time.

Stathis Alexopoulos, a Greek artist, specializes in sculptures linking the past with the present, bringing together the concepts of time and art. Redefining the form, his work is characterized by blending belts and stripes, which symbolically encircle and embrace eternally, holding the sculptures captive through time. He has participated in many group exhibitions and won numerous awards in both Greek and international sculpture symposiums.
